Every submission is reviewed by a person before it appears on Verified Stock, because buyers trust this page precisely for that reason. Submissions that sail through review share three things: honest photos (at least two, in daylight, showing the item as it actually is — including any wear), complete specifications (year, make and model, mileage or hours where relevant, and condition stated plainly), and documents you can stand behind (proof of ownership and, for vehicles, service or inspection history where you have it).
If something is missing, we do not reject the listing outright — we contact you on the details you gave us and ask for it. What slows a listing down most is not condition, it is vagueness: a machine described as "in good condition" with one dark photo waits, while a scratched one with ten clear photos and its hours stated goes live.
