How is a sourcing agent different from buying on Alibaba myself?

On Alibaba you are the quality department, the negotiator, and the project manager — in a language and time zone you don’t operate in. What are your MOQs?

MOQs are set by the factory, not by us — and they’re negotiable more often than suppliers admit. As a rule, private-label runs start in the hundreds of units for simple products and climb with complexity. Tell us the product; we’ll tell you what’s realistic before you spend anything.

Do you handle private label, OEM, and ODM?

All three. Private label (your brand on an existing product), OEM (built to your design), and ODM (factory’s design, your branding). We’ll tell you honestly which one fits your budget and timeline — most new sellers should start private label, not OEM.

How do I avoid getting scammed by a Chinese supplier?

Never pay 100% upfront (30% deposit / 70% after passed inspection is standard), never skip the pre-shipment inspection, and verify the factory’s business license and export history before the deposit. Our process bakes all of this in — it’s the baseline, not an upsell.

Can you ship my goods to Amazon FBA directly?
