$200,000 in gross revenue within 3 months, on one managed account
A marketplace seller handed day-to-day operation of a multi-category marketplace account to ZAXIUS. Three months later, the account’s records showed $200,000 in gross revenue. This page documents that outcome the careful way: what was done, what the number is, and — just as clearly — what it does not mean.
The situation
The client was a marketplace seller running a multi-category account — a real store, with real stock, selling steadily but without a dedicated operations team behind it. Like most sellers at that stage, the founder was the listings department, the advertising department and the account-health department at once, and the account got whatever hours were left after everything else.
The engagement handed the whole operating layer to ZAXIUS’s delivery team, Team BASH — eight members led by Muhammad Bilal Rizwan. The seller kept ownership of the account, the products and the pricing decisions. We operated inside the seller’s account; we never held it, or its data, hostage.
What the operating system did
The 25-point audit came first. Before anything changed, the account was audited across listings, pricing, reviews and PPC — the same audit we now run free for any seller. It set the order of work: what was losing money, what was under-priced, what was invisible in search.
The listings were rebuilt. Titles, bullets, images and backend terms were reworked listing by listing, so the traffic the account already earned landed on pages built to convert it.
PPC was restructured around profit, not clicks. Campaigns were rebuilt with SKU-level profitability checks underneath them, so ad spend followed the products that could carry it — and stopped following the ones that could not.
Then daily operations. Pricing, inventory, account health and customer metrics watched every day, with weekly reporting the seller could actually read. No single launch, no single campaign: the system, run daily, for three months.
The documented result
| Measure | Documented figure |
|---|---|
| Gross revenue, one managed account | $200,000 |
| Period | Within 3 months of management |
| Account type | Multi-category marketplace account |
| Operated by | Team BASH — ZAXIUS’s eight-member delivery team |
Read the headline figure the way an operator would. Gross revenue is the top line — it says nothing by itself about profit, which depends on the seller’s product costs, fees and ad spend. What it documents is scale: a managed account, run on the system above, trading at a volume most sellers never reach with a founder doing every job alone.
What this page does not claim
This is one managed account’s documented outcome — not a typical result, and never a guarantee. We publish it because sellers deserve to see a real number with its edges visible, not because your account will repeat it. Your products, your prices and your market set your ceiling; an operating system decides how much of that ceiling you reach. The honest place to start is the audit: your store, your numbers, no promises attached.
