Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By using zaxius.com or engaging Zaxius for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
2. Our services
Zaxius provides e-commerce operations management, marketplace account creation and management, business formation coordination, trademark registration coordination, private label and wholesale sourcing, brand and packaging design, and global vehicle and machinery trade. Specific scope, timelines and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
3. Business formation and trademark services
Zaxius coordinates LLC formation and trademark registration as part of a startup engagement. This does not constitute legal advice. Filings that legally require a licensed attorney are completed with licensed legal professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Vehicle and machinery trade
Vehicles and machinery are sourced to a client brief and subject to availability, inspection and import requirements at the time of sourcing. Final terms for any specific unit are confirmed directly with the client before purchase.
5. Payments
Fees, deposits and payment schedules are agreed on a per-engagement basis and set out in your service agreement or invoice.
6. No guaranteed results
While we apply the frameworks described on this site to every engagement, we do not guarantee specific sales, ranking, approval or profitability outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including marketplace policies and market conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaxius is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Zaxius operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
